Subaru VP: Company culture, benefits are key to a fulfilling career

In the years since Matt Ritter graduated from CSU’s College of Business, he’s worked his way up to become Subaru of America’s vice president of the eastern region. He’s also learned a lot about the importance of company culture and benefits. Ritter accepted a job at Subaru 15 years ago in part because the company offered a health care plan that allowed him and his wife to continue the fertility treatments they needed to have a child. But while it may have been the benefits that got Ritter in the door at Subaru, he says it’s the company’s culture that has kept him around.
