2022 Commencement Bell Ringer
Sydney Ritschard
Colorado native Sydney Ritschard is a fourth-generation Ram. Born and raised in Kremmling, Colorado, Sydney initially felt hesitant to follow in her family’s footsteps at Colorado State, but a tour of the campus quickly banished that idea. Once enrolled, she fully embraced the Ram lifestyle, finding a fondness for CSU’s traditions and settling into the College of Business. In addition to receiving a Michael Smith Business Scholarship, Sydney worked as an Admissions Ambassador and Honors Peer Mentor during her time at the College. Sydney is graduating with a concentration in accounting and supply chain management and will join Moss Adams, an accounting firm in Spokane, after graduation.

Leisha Talley
From elementary science classroom to global climate conference, Leisha Talley’s passion for teaching and leading positive change is paving her way to a future of success. After teaching for 15 years, she decided it was time to expand her career and pursue an Impact MBA. Leisha hopes to continue guiding and teaching people after graduation but in a new setting: industry consulting.
