CSU’s Everitt Real Estate Center honors Gino Campana as the Real Estate Entrepreneur of the Year

Gino Campana has been named the 2017 Real Estate Entrepreneur of the Year by CSU’s Everitt Real Estate Center. Kevin Brinkman and Paul Brinkman also will be honored as the Real Estate Hall of Fame inductees. The award ceremony will be held Oct. 18 at the 21st Annual Northern Colorado Real Estate Conference.

Everitt Real Estate award winners are carefully selected individuals who have realized extraordinary achievements in the field of real estate, and have helped shape the region.

Gino Campana

Gino Campana was born and raised in Fort Collins and is a graduate of CSU’s engineering program. Campana founded Bellisimo real estate and has spearheaded cutting-edge projects such as Villaggio, Jessup Farm, Bucking Horse and Pateros Creek. Campana has stayed active in the Fort Collins and national real estate community through his work on boards and commissions and during his tenure on the Fort Collins City Council.

Paul Brinkman

Paul Brinkman has been a bold and visionary leader in the real estate and construction industries for over 25 years, having contributed to the betterment of the Northern Colorado community. Brinkman has served as a member, director or chair of the Northern Colorado Economic Development Corporation, Junior Achievement of Colorado, Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce, First National Bank Advisory Board, University of Colorado Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering Board and the WYO-CO Veterans Alliance.

Kevin Brinkman

Kevin Brinkman’s professional background includes experience in civil engineering, construction management, real estate brokerage, development, finance and capital markets. Today, he leads the overall vision and direction of Brinkman Construction. He fosters an environment that supports employee fulfillment, manages business and investor partnerships and develops effective operational processes. Kevin currently serves on the advisory board for the Institute for the Built Environment at Colorado State University, which advances the development of healthy, thriving built environments.

Event will be held at new on-campus stadium

This event will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. at the new on-campus stadium at Colorado State University. Highlights include:

  • David May, with the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce, will discuss a 10-, 15- and 20-year outlook on Northern Colorado.
  • Pam Bricker, executive director Downtown Greeley Development Authority, will discuss the 1-25/34 corridor and upcoming developments.
  • Jared Fiel, communication manager Colorado Department of Transportation, will be speaking on Hyperloop One, the Rocky Mountain Hyperloop system that will connect Denver to Pueblo, Vail and Cheyenne, with many stops along the way.
