Matxalen Villalovos
After watching her mother, who spoke no English, do whatever it took to help her daughter succeed in school, Matxalen learned the power of determination. At the College of Business, she used that focus to explore diversity, equity and inclusion topics and have an impact as a mock interviewer at the Career Management Center.
Ethan Petta
Taking personal responsibility for his future in high school helped Ethan transition from a bad crowd to a career as a U.S. Marine. He honed his technical skills maintaining weapon systems on fighter jets for four years before he decided it was time to take those skills to the next level with a degree in computer information systems.
